Oct. 8, 2025 – Card-Monroe Corporation (CMC), the world leader in tufting technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Evann Gibson to spearhead a new business venture within the Card-Monroe umbrella, dedicated to advancing industrial services.
Gibson brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the automotive and material handling industries, with a proven record of driving profitability and operational excellence. Most recently serving as Vice President of Operations at Toyota Material Handling Midsouth, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to scale businesses, develop talent, and lead organizations through periods of growth and transformation.
Throughout his career, Gibson has launched and expanded new service divisions, guided teams through industry challenges, and achieved top recognition for customer service and operational performance. His leadership earned numerous distinctions, including Toyota’s President’s Award and multiple Lexus Service Excellence awards.
At Card-Monroe, Gibson will be charged with building and leading a new industrial services arm that strengthens the company’s market position while continuing to broaden its capabilities beyond tufting technology. His passion for developing people and cultivating long-term partnerships aligns with CMC’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and service. This new initiative complements CMC’s longstanding commitment to tufting customers, who remain at the center of the company’s mission and innovation.
