Card-Monroe Corp. Launches Card-Monroe Services, Expanding Industrial Support and Aftermarket Solutions

CHATTANOOGA, TN– Card-Monroe Corp. (CMC), the global leader in tufting technology for over four decades, today announced the launch of Card-Monroe Services (CMS), a new division that extends the company's legendary reliability and customer-first approach beyond the tufting machine to encompass complete facility operations.
Built on the foundation of CMC's unparalleled tufting expertise, CMS represents a strategic evolution. The company that revolutionized carpet manufacturing now brings that same engineering precision, relational approach, and integrity to the services that support production long after installation, whether tied directly to tufting, automation, or broader facility needs.
"Make no mistake: tufting is our DNA," said Greg Pawson, CEO of Card-Monroe Corp. "Dating back to the foundational work of our founders, we’ve spent nearly a century perfecting the art and science of tufting machinery. What we've learned is that our customers don't just need the world's best tufting equipment, they need a partner who understands their entire operation, from the production floor to the loading dock."
CMS addresses a critical gap in the industrial services landscape. CMS offers what Card-Monroe has always delivered: a true partnership built on deep expertise, rapid response, and genuine care for customer success. CMS will not only support existing installations but also support customers of Card-Monroe Automation (CMA) projects once those projects enter full production. Customers will be able to confidently adopt new automation, knowing that they have the world-class execution team and continued support after startup.
"Instead of juggling multiple vendors,” Pawson explained, “Customers wanted what they already had with Card-Monroe: a trusted partner, one phone call, one standard of excellence. CMS gives them exactly that, for everything from tufting support to material handling to dock and door systems." This "one-call" approach simplifies facility management by offering a single point of contact for preventative maintenance, emergency call-outs, and equipment rentals and services.
Leading this expansion is Evann Gibson, Vice President of Industrial Services. Gibson brings 25 years of industrial leadership experience from Kenco, Toyota, and Lexus, companies renowned for operational excellence and customer service. "What attracted me to Card-Monroe wasn't just the opportunity, it was the culture," Gibson said. "This is a company where relationships matter more than transactions. Where a handshake still means something. I'm building a team of servant-hearted professionals who treat every service call like it's for their own facility."
Gibson describes CMS's service philosophy simply: "We want every interaction to end with the customer thinking, 'That was easy.' Whether it's a guaranteed response time, a technician who spots a problem before it causes downtime, or seamless coordination between tufting equipment and material handling, we're removing friction from our customers' operations."
Card-Monroe Services helps all customers, whether in flooring, automation, or any other manufacturing industry, get the most from their equipment, optimize their processes, and maintain peak performance across their operations.
