2. What's the best way to speak with a sales representative?

A: If the Parts Manual that came with your machine does not provide the needed information, call one of our Technical Service Managers at 423-842-3312 or in the US 1-800-CMC-TECS (262-8327). Doug Long is the Mechanical Service Manager and Jimi McCollum is the Electrical Service Manager. They will help you determine the correct part number and can take your order too. A: Be assured that our technical service team will do a superior job supporting your new machine installation project. We will work hand-in-hand with you to coordinate all important events. A project plan for each new machine installation specifying each task will be developed.
