[Chattanooga, Tenn.] Card-Monroe Corp. (CMC) has received U.S. and International Patents for its ColorPoint Tufting Machine, the company announced. CMC has accumulated a total of 93 U.S. patents relating to tufting machines and tufting technology, according to Charles F. Monroe, company president. “We are particularly pleased with this latest patent covering our ColorPoint technology. The advantages and benefits that this tufting machine brings to the carpet and rug industries are significant. We are glad to see our investments in research and development protected by both U.S. and International Patents,” said Monroe. |
