The Plant Manger, James (Sonny) Jackson, Jr., began working there as a machinist when he was a teenager. Now, his personal dedication to quality is evident in the integrity of every piece that is produced. His son Heath has been at his side since 1997 as a manufacturing engineer in the plant. The entire JMC organization reflects the Jacksons' commitment as evidenced not only by the investment in an array of computer controlled precision manufacturing machinery, but in employee skills and training as well.
