CMC’s Servo Scroll is designed with your creativity in mind.  Each roll is driven independently in order to give you multiple pile heights on up to 144 rolls.  Each end of yarn within a set pattern repeat can be manipulated to allow for greater design flexibility and pattern clarity.

Not only does Servo Scroll open up new design possibilities, but the machine is built with day-to-day runability and serviceability in mind.

The heart of this new attachment is the servo motor which delivers five times more torque than any of its rivals.  This means the motor will not slow or stall from yarn creel tension which reduces the risk of off-quality carpet.  And the strength of this motor means it does not have to work as hard to pull the yarn which translates into a longer life for the servo.

Our precision engineered rolls, combined with a flexible idlers cushioning the drive chains give the attachment a quiet, smooth operation.  Because of the finely tuned drive system with the output rolls driven by the servo motors, there is virtually no backlash.

We have made this attachment easy to maintain with scroll rolls that have integrated bearings, and if necessary, the rolls can be removed with one bolt.  The rolls, motors, and other related components are conveniently accessible.
