Pattern Attachments: Standard Dual Yarn Feed

Description: Omnigraph machine with dual needle bars; the front tufts loop pile and the rear tufts cut pile.

Shifting: Smart Step Servo Shifter or Compu-Cam sliding needle bar attachment driving the Omnigraph needle bars.

Other Attachments: CMC’s Command Performance automated control system drives the servos on the front and rear yarn feeds, the cloth feed, and the puller rolls.  It also controls the bedrail and presser foot.  This allows you to set up your styles automatically.

Special Features: Cut Pile and loop pile can be combined in the same tuft row and at essentially the same pile height without burying yarns.

Carpet Constructions: This machine can combine rows of cut pile and uncut loops in varying amounts.  This makes it possible to produce a wide range of textures, geometrics, solids, or multi-colored patterns (or any combinination thereof).  You can also achieve tip-sheared effects without the shearing process.  These features make it possible to create sophisticated styles similar to the look of carpet produced on a Wilton Velvet loom.
