Shifting: Smart Step Servo Shifter or Compu-Cam sliding needle bar attachment driving both needle bars.
Other attachments: CMC’s Command Performance automated control system drives the servos on the pattern attachment, the cloth feed, and the puller rolls. It also controls the bedrail and presser foot. This allows you to set up your styles automatically.
Special Features: Reduces the amount of floor space required for your creel. This is accomplished by supplying two-thirds of your yarn from beams and only one-third from your creel, giving you an efficient, flexible manufacturing arrangement. This machine is popular in broadloom applications and is the preferred pattern-tufting machine among modular flooring (tile) manufacturers.
Carpet Constructions: You can createfree-flowing designs with texture and color, all within any repeat size you choose. Provides a dense, rugged, long-lasting product.
