CMC is the world leader in the manufacturing of Synthetic Sport Surface Turf Machines. These machines are used primarily to manufacture artificial turf for various types of playing surfaces such as football, soccer, and baseball fields. Our synthetic turf machines utilize the patented Concept 2003 needle drive mechanism, with some added features, to provide maximum needle penetration through multiple layers of backing. Also, the counter - rotating, counter - balanced needle drive helps reduce vibration that typically occurs when running higher pile heights. This also allows our turf machines to achieve speeds of 600 RPM.
