Precision Cut/Un-Cut

Possibilities: You can create sophisticated styles similar to the look of carpet produced on a Wilton Velvet loom. You can combine rows of cut pile and uncut loops in varying amounts within the same tuft row, which makes it possible to produce a wide range of textures, geometrics, solids, or multi-colored patterns in any combination. Also, achieve tip-sheared effects without the shearing process.

Description: 1/8 gauge Omnigraph (dual needle bars) machine with dual needle bars; the front tufts loop pile and the rear tufts cut pile.

Advantages:
• Cut pile and loop pile can be combined in the same tuft row and at essentially the same pile height without burying yarns.
Command Performance G.2 automated control system drives the servos on the front and rear yarn feeds, the cloth feed, and the puller rolls, and controls the bedrail and presser foot.  This allows you to set up your styles automatically.

Pattern Attachments: Standard dual yarn feed.

Shifting: Smart Step servo shifter or Compu-Cam sliding needle bar attachment drives the Omnigraph needle bars.
