Cut/Loop Scroll
Possibilities: This machine allows you to make free-flowing patterns and vary the amount of loop and cut to produce sophisticated styles. The carpet combines the feel of cut pile with the distinctiveness of a loop pattern.
Description: 1/8 gauge cut/loop machine with a single in-line needle bar with an
Infinity or other scroll type attachment mounted on the front.
Advantages:
• When used with the industry-leading Infinity 2E or Servo Scroll attachments, allows you to produce precise patterns in 18- or 24-inch repeats.
• Uses the Advanced Cutting System II, the most reliable, easy-to-use cutting system in the industry.
• Gives better control of gauge and gauge parts, which isn’t possible with cast modules
• Command Performance G.2 automated control system drives the servos for the pattern attachment, the cloth feed, and the puller rolls, and controls the bedrail and presser foot. This allows you to set up your styles automatically.
Pattern attachments: Infinity 2E, Servo Scroll, or Yarntronics (two or three pile-height clutch-type scroll).
Shifting: Smart Step shifter or Compu-Cam Sliding Needle Bar Attachment drives the single in-line needle bar.
