Organic Loop Machine
Possibilities: Create unique, nature-inspired patterns in endless variations of color and texture, within any repeat size you desire. Styles can be tip-sheared to enhance patterns and create a softer, warmer look.
Description: 1/10 gauge or 1/12 gauge loop pile machine with a single in-line needle bar and an Infinity or other scroll-type pattern attachment on the front side of the machine.
Advantages:
• Uses CMC’s exclusive cast modular gauge parts to ensure uniformity. The in-line needle bar makes it unnecessary to step over previously formed back stitches, giving the face of the carpet a smooth, clean look.
• The 1/10 gauge format provides durable construction and the Infinity attachment creates multiple loop-pile heights to make patterns visually and texturally distinctive.
• Command Performance G.2 automated control system controls the servos for the pattern attachment, the cloth feed, and the puller rolls, and controls the bedrail and presser foot. This allows you to set up your styles automatically.
Pattern attachments: Infinity, Servo Scroll, or Yarntronics (two or three pile height clutch-type scroll)
Shifting: Smart Step servo shifter or Compu-Cam sliding needle-bar attachment.
